Programs
RCM is currently coordinating seven major ongoing programs in support of the western Kenya region.
| Child Sponsorship |
| The Child Sponsorship Program matches sponsors with specific children, in order to provide an education at various schools in the Western Province of Kenya . You can be a part of this ministry by sponsoring or co-sponsoring a specific child in order to allow them to stay in school, or by contributing financial aid to the program or to the general administrative expenses of Rainbow Christian Missions. |

| Business Loan Program |
| The Business Loan Program serves to provide small business loans to individuals living in the Butere Community or surrounding region, in an effort to allow them to start or expand their business and to support their local economy. You can be a part of this ministry by contributing to the Business Loan Fund, by purchasing goods produced by the local artisans, by participating in a mission trip to the Western Province and providing instruction and guidance to the local business people or by contributing funds to support the general administrative expenses of Rainbow Christian Missions. |

| Mission Teams |
| Mission Teams of ten to fifteen individuals, led by Ruth Dietz or a member of a previous team, will travel to the Butere region and serve the community. You can be a part of this ministry by joining a team and traveling to Kenya, providing financial support to the team members, joining a prayer team that will offer prayers for divine guidance for the team or by contributing funds to support the general administrative expenses of Rainbow Christian Missions. |

| Medical Outreach |
| Medicines, supplies, healthcare facilities and equipment are in great need in Kenya. RCM's Medical Outreach is a program that attempts to help meet these needs in the areas of Butere, Paponditi and Migori. You can be a part of this ministry by contributing needed medicines, supplies or equipment, by joining a mission team and participating in an on-site medical outreach (volunteers are needed with or without medical knowledge or experience), or by contributing funds to support this program or the general administrative expenses of Rainbow Christian Missions. |

| Donations |
| There is a great need in Western Kenya for Donations of specific items. RCM shipped a 40-foot cargo container with almost 28,000 pounds of supplies to this region in September, 2005, including such critical items as medical equipment and supplies, bibles, school supplies and text books, cribs, computers, clothes and bedding, bicycles, and much, much more. You can be a part of this ministry in future years by contributing specific needed items, by contributing funds to purchase specific needed items or by contributing funds to support the general administrative expenses of Rainbow Christian Missions. |

| Eyeglasses |
| Eyeglasses are currently being collected and, through the support of Jeff Rihn, will be cleaned and restored for use in Kenya. You can be a part of this program by donating used or unused glasses or by coordinating the collection of these items from your local church, school, business or community organization. |
| |
| HIV/AIDs Victims |
| RCM has established a relationship with HIV/AIDs victims in the Butere region. We are providing medicines for them and giving them an opportunity to record their personal life stories, to be passed on to their children. Efforts are underway to pursue publishing these stories in order to generate funds to support ongoing AIDs education programs. |
