The missions pursued by Rainbow Christian Missions and the services provided by the organization and mission team members are guided and directed by God above. It is only through His will and the skills and abilities that He has provided to us, that we can accomplish that which He has in store for us. Through prayer and listening, His will is made know to those who volunteer to serve.

The day-to-day leadership of the programs and projects of Rainbow Christian Missions is provided by Ruth Dietz, as President and Treasurer and in answer to God's calling for her to lead mission activities to support the people of western Kenya. Ruth has been participating in and leading mission activities and child sponsorship programs in Kenya since 2001.

Chub Dietz fullfills the position of Secretary for the corporation.

Overall direction and leadership for the corporation is provided by the Board of Directors, whch consist of:
